I've made these several times and they turn out great. I've soaked in Apple juice and in orange juice and both are good. These are great to snack on, and add a little something extra to homemade cinnamon rolls!

This is JUST what I was looking for! Everyone around here does the same old butter/Worcestershire mixture on pecans or the candied ones. This was a great blend of spices and just enough sweetness. I will probably up the cayenne next time because we couldn't taste it much and we like a little heat. Please try this recipe if you are looking for great roasted pecans!

I love spiced nuts, and this is going in my recipe file. I threw a cocktail party and I served many different kinds of nuts, and people chose these over others. It has the right amount of everything and a very slight spicy kick to it. It kept well in the fridge for over a week.
