How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°.

Step 2

Cut pineapple into 10 wedges; place wedges on a jelly-roll pan. Combine juice and remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk. Drizzle juice mixture over pineapple. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes; broil for 2 minutes or until pineapple is browned.

Very good! Had to used canned pineapple slices since there wasn't any fresh pineapple at my local grocer, but it still came out great. I was unsure of the cilantro, but it really works well with the overall dish. My family loves pineapple, and we will be making this again.
