How to Make It

Preheat oven to 450°. Combine haricots verts, wax beans, shallots, olive oil, and kosher salt on a foil-lined baking sheet. Roast at 450° for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.

My husband really likes Trader Joe's haricots verts and he loved this recipe treatment...it's a keeper!

Another time I would leave out the wax beans.

Nice change from the usual steamed green beans. Cut down on oil by spraying with oil and added ground pepper. Only used green beans.
