How to Make It

Preheat oven to 425°. Stir together all ingredients. Spread grape mixture on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until grapes begin to shrivel. Remove from oven, and let cool 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.

Very easy recipe. I served with brie cheese and crackers for a girls gathering. We all loved it.

An easy, perfect chutney. Make it and enjoy! I am disappointed that S.L. chose to show the final recipe with roasted garlic and grape tomatoes since neither are in the recipe! I believe it was just for photo sake. So do not expect your chutney to be as bright as the photo on the recipe. But it will certainly be full of flavor. It is perfect with pork.
