This is one of those recipes that you go back to again and again because it's unbelievably easy and absolutely delicious. It elevates roasted cauliflower from ordinary to extraordinary!

We make this at least once a week, and it is absolutely delicious. I use quite a bit more curry powder than the recipe calls for (I just eyeball it). So good!!
