Fabulous, and relatively easy. Does sharp provalone even exist? Just sub in Gouda. Wonderful.
YUMMY! Had purchased way too much squash for another recipe, so had cubed sitting in a plastic baggie ready to go (which was VERY helpful on prep time). Very good, my 3 year old loved. My fella and I squabbled over who got to bring the leftovers for lunch. Made exactly as recipe indicated. Definately going to make again.
This was just ok, and required a good amount of prep work.
A little rich... but not bad
The flavors in this are absolutely wonderful and I will definitely make it again. The leftovers are just as good. I found, though, that 45 minutes for roasting the squash was way too long. I didn't check the oven during roasting, and the whole batch was burned. Then I roasted a second batch and tried 30 minutes, but again, burned. I did a third batch and checked them at 10 minutes, turned them over, and roasted 10 more minutes. That was just right. I served this recipe one night with a green salad and another night with green peas.
