These are not your mamma’s sprouts! Roasted to perfection, they are a quick and super-easy side to add to any meal and offer a healthy dose of vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°.

Step 2

Place Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Bake at 450° for 17 minutes or until tender (do not stir).

It's a really solid and easy side dish. I'll use this recipe again, but maybe add additional spices for a little extra flavor.

Simple but good

I made this recipe with a bag of shaved brussels spouts (12 oz). The only change I made was to use less pepper (more like 1/4 tsp than 1/2 tsp). Delicious! I love all the little crispy pieces.
