Fantastic. Just enough spice without overpowering the flavor of the steak. I cooked them on the broiler because I didn't want to mess with the grill. I want to try it again this summer when I'm more in the mood for grilling. My husband said to be sure to save this recipe.
I made this yesterday. I reduced the salt to 1/2 tsp, however. I used my George Foreman grill because it is COLD here in Michigan! Did not want to be outside grilling. The steaks were at 150 degrees at 7 minutes. After a five minute rest, the two rib steaks were delish! I served simple baked potatoes (yukon gold) with fresh cream and steamed broccoli florets & carrots tossed with a raspberry balsamic dressing. Dark chocolate for dessert. Great dinner.
