Drain canned tomatoes, reserving 2 tablespoons of the juice. Process drained tomatoes, reserved juice, chopped tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, cumin, jalapeño, serrano, and garlic in a blender or food processor until desired consistency. Store in refrigerator up to 5 days.
