Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

How to Make It

Whisk vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk in olive oil in a steady stream. Cover; keep at room temperature.
