Read MoreI was somewhat disappointed in this recipe. Pepper jack cheeses vary widely in flavor, so perhaps my choice (Boar's Head because it is natural cheese rather than processed) was not the best. I will try it again, using a different variety of pepper jack cheese, and perhaps adding a little garlic to the mixture.
