I was somewhat disappointed in this recipe. Pepper jack cheeses vary widely in flavor, so perhaps my choice (Boar's Head because it is natural cheese rather than processed) was not the best. I will try it again, using a different variety of pepper jack cheese, and perhaps adding a little garlic to the mixture.

This was delicious!! I will say I tried to use it as a dip and it was so thick I'd say it would be better served as a spread on crackers. Thanks for the great recipe :)

Best dip ever. I made this for the superbowl yesterday. It was gone in no time. I served it with Pita Chips and Bagel Chips. This will be my go to dip for social gatherings.

I made half this recipe for my daughter's birthday dinner and it was real good. I thought it was going to be too spicy, but it wasn't - just perfect. I doubled the green onions. You could add more worcestershire and red pepper flakes if desired. Simple to make and we ate the whole thing!
