How to Make It
Combine red pepper jelly and water in a small saucepan over medium. Cook, stirring occasionally, until jelly is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, and cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Combine pepper jelly syrup, bourbon, lemon juice, and bitters in a large pitcher filled with ice; stir until blended. Add ginger ale, and stir to blend. Serve immediately in glasses filled with ice; garnish with lemon slices.
