This garlicky roasted red pepper and mayonnaise sauce recipe goes with Zucchini Casserole with Red-Pepper Aioli.

 

 

How to Make It

Drop garlic through food chute with food processor on. Process until finely minced. Add the remaining ingredients, and process until well-combined.

I skipped the mayo and it still turned out SOOO yummy!! I also used green bell pepper because that'ts what i had!

REALLY flavorful. very garlicky and the red pepper adds a lot of spice. makes a lot, but I'm sure I can find some dishes that need some brightening up. enjoyed on top of the zucchini casserole.

The aioli is great on chicken, fish, or anything else. It is also not too spicy.
