How to Make It

Hands On: 5 minutes
Total: 20 minutes

Cook spaghetti as directed on package.

Beat tomato sauce, sugar, oil, onion, oregano and garlic powder in medium saucepan with wire whisk until well blended while spaghetti is cooking. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain spaghetti; place on serving platter. Top with the sauce.

I found this on the back of an old can of sauce that needed using up, so I tried it and it is fantastic! I have used a pound of ground with it and made it meatless as well. All good. This will be my go to recipe for spaghetti or any recipe calling for ready made sauce. Thrilled to discover it here and a new cooking site to enjoy. Thanks!
