  • Place raspberries in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour raspberry puree through a wire-mesh strainer into a bowl; press with back of spoon against the sides of the strainer to squeeze out juice. Discard pulp and seeds remaining in strainer. Cover puree, and chill thoroughly.

  • Spoon raspberry puree evenly into glasses; pour beer evenly over puree, and stir well. Serve immediately.
