Tennessee Williams's formative years in teh Big Easy not only influenced some of his most well-known works (Vieux Carre, A Streetcare Named Desire), but also his preference for New Orleans's frothy beverage.

How to Make It

Combine gin, simple syrup, cream, lemon juice, lime juice, egg white, and orange-flower water in a cocktail shaker; cover with lid, and shake 10 seconds to blend. Add ice, cover with lid, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is icy, about 30 seconds. Strain mixture into a tall glass; top with desired amount of club soda, and stir. Garnish, if desired.
