  • Melt butter in a large Dutch oven over medium-low. Add marshmallows, and cook, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat, and stir in cereal until well coated.

  • Lightly coat 16 muffin cups of 2 muffin pans with cooking spray. Divide cereal mixture among muffin cups, and press to form into the shape of the cup. Use the back of a spoon lightly coated in cooking spray, to form a “well” in the center of each cup. Chill 15 minutes.

  • Fill each cup with 1/4 cup scoop of ice cream. Top with whipped cream, a cherry, and sprinkles.
