Read MoreGood, simple side dish. To some degree tastes a bit like potatoes, and is something of a different way to prepare radishes, at least for us. I liked it, but agree it is a bit simple in terms of flavor. I'd suggest going with pepper to taste.

Really enjoyed this and very easy and quick to make! Goes well with almost anything. My radishes already had their tops cut off so I stirred in some mixed greens&herbs that I had instead of the radish leaves and that seemed to do the trick.
