How to Make It

Combine dark sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and salt in a medium bowl. Add carrot, daikon radish, and yellow squash; toss. Top with cilantro leaves.

So good. Especially with the caramel pork. I went shopping and thought the side dish with the pork was yellow bell peppers, not squash, before I found this recipe and the sub was great. Kept everything else the same and I'd imagine it's just as good with the squash.

This was by far one of the most disgusting things I have ever made. It sounds SO good too, I was extremely disappointed. I made the Caramel Pork that this went along with, which was wonderful- but I actually ended up throwing all of the slaw I made out. I would not recommend this!
