I doubled to bring to a potluck and it turned out great. I liked so much that I made more for myself the next day but didn't have any lemon left so used a little lime juice and olive oil and no honey, not as good as when I followed the recipe. Also, it is good served at room temperature or cool.

This is one recipe that I keep coming back to. It is so easy to make and using fresh peaches with the quinoa is unusual but delicious! Everyone who I've made this for has liked it.

My kids didn't like this recipe very much, but my husband and I LOVE it!!! Easy and yummy!
