How to Make It

Combine 1 (16-ounce) package broccoli slaw, 1 Red Delicious apple, chopped, and 1 green onion, chopped, in a large bowl. Combine 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/4 cup apple juice, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, stirring well. Pour vinegar mixture over slaw mixture, and toss. Serve immediately, or cover and chill.
