On a cold fall day, all you need to warm up is this steamy, rich, pumpkin treat. Reminicient of a rich pumpkin pie, this creamy drink is the perfect addition to your next fall party or gathering. If serving a crowd, adjust the recipe to increase the amount that's made, and don't forget plenty of whipped cream, if desired!

  • Bring a small pot of water to a boil. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on high, whip cream with sugar until soft peaks form.

  • In a heatproof cup, pour 1 cup boiling water over tea bag. Steep for 3 minutes; discard bag.

  • In a large measuring cup, mix half-and-half, pumpkin, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Microwave on high until hot, about 2 minutes. Whisk in tea. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.
