It was a hit!

I wasn't sure how this would go over, but it was a hit and every last bit got eaten up!  i used Gala and Golden Delicious apples and sliced them into eight beefy chunks each.  Very nice and seasonal dish for fall/halloween

This dip is delicious and very easy. While it is good with apple slices it is also good with low fat wafers and ginger snaps. You will really impress people with this recipe.

My 2 year old son helped me make this, it must be good because as I was making it he was eating it! Pretty sure I'm going to be making another batch tomorrow.
