Gussy up these pulled pork nachos any way you like. Want to use grated cheese instead of queso? Simply spread the chips on baking sheets, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 350° until the cheese melts. The pulled pork also makes delicious quesadillas, tacos, or sandwiches.

How to Make It

Layer tortilla chips on a platter; top with beans, warmed pork, salsa, tomatoes, cilantro, olives, onion, and jalapeño peppers. Serve with warmed queso and lime wedges.
