Fantastic recipe. Everyone loves this.
Was wonderful. I added a little extra lemon zest and basil. Served it with fresh creamed baby spinich.
I've made this several times. I don't bother with the skewers just broil them on a sheet pan. I've substituted pancetta and it worked out great.
