Read MoreWe thought these were great. The flavors mix together well. I did use balsamic vinegar instead of red wine, just a preference. Be sure to invest in quality blue cheese!
Read MoreGood flavor combinations, but I didn't care for the texture of the prosciutto straight out of the package . I didn't have arugula on hand, so I used romain; it was very good. Next time, I will use deli ham, I think then we'll have a winner!
Read MoreThis sandwich will knock your socks off. The combination of salty ham, the bite of blue cheese and the sweet smoothness of pears is a sensation for your tounge. My guests have unfailingly asked for the recipe EVERY time I've made them.
Read MoreThis was excellent, all of us liked it, including my teenage son, the combination of flavors was outstanding. I used balsamic vinegar for the arugula as I was out of red wine vinegar and it was great with the blue cheese, otherwise I made it exactly as written. Will definitely make it again, it was very easy for a quick weeknight dinner.
