  • Preheat broiler to high. Place prosciutto slices between paper towels; microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until crisp. Break into pieces. Place olive oil, chopped fresh thyme, and haricots verts on a baking sheet; toss. Broil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place bean mixture on a platter; top with prosciutto, almonds, fresh thyme leaves, pepper, and salt.
