Fantastic and so easy! Turn it into an extra special fall treat by using leftover pumpkin bread instead. I used half milk, half cream and only soaked it four hours. Beyond delicious!

The six of us finished it off so for a larger crowd I would probably make 2 dishes. Absolutely outstanding and company worthy!
