I used this on a beef brisket and it was amazing! I rinsed brisket, patted it dry, rubbed it with mustard to moisten, then rubbed with this rub. Then smoked for 15 hrs with competition blend wood, then FTC for 2 hrs.
my wife will never go back to mission bbq! She says this one was sooo much better! Even my “mostly” vegetarian mother said it was really good!
