1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup salted caramel ice cream topping (such as Smucker’s)
2 cups kettle corn (such as Smartfood Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn)
1/3 cup honey-roasted peanuts, chopped
2 teaspoons butter flavored sprinkles (such as Molly McButter)
How to Make It
Scoop ice cream evenly into 2 wide, shallow bowls. Drizzle each with 2 tablespoons of the caramel sauce. Top each with 1 cup of the popcorn, half of the chopped nuts, and a teaspoon of the butter sprinkles. Serve immediately.
