Classic palomas call for grapefruit soda. Here, we use fresh grapefruit juice for a fruit-forward beverage with less sugar and more vitamin C. Pomegranate juice boosts fruity flavor and packs a punch of heart-healthy polyphenols.

How to Make It

Muddle pomegranate arils, ginger, and lime wedge in a cocktail shaker. Add pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, tequila, and 3 ice cubes; cover, and shake well for 15 seconds. Strain evenly into 2 highball glasses filled with ice. Top each glass with 2 oz. club soda. Garnish each with a grapefruit wedge, if desired.
