  • Add water to a large skillet to a depth of 1 inch. Add first 6 ingredients; mix well, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add fish; cover and simmer 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
