  • Place roast on a roasting rack in a large Dutch oven. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce and salt over roast. Pour water around roast. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 1 hour or until meat is tender, basting often. Transfer roast to a platter, and serve with Horseradish Sauce.
