Easy to make. I would leave the red pepper out of this recipe.
Use yellow-black plantains and these will come out just right in taste and texture. Didn't love the ground red pepper so would leave that off and use more salt.
This recipe is a great alternative to fried plantains. Very tasty and very easy/quick to make. I didn't have crushed red pepper, so sprinkled on a little jerk seasoning instead (which includes red pepper and salt) and it worked well. I will make these again.
