  • Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread.

  • Spread each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 2 teaspoons strawberry jelly, covering to edges. Roll up bread slices, jellyroll fashion, and wrap each sandwich tightly in waxed paper. Refrigerate overnight.

  • Remove sandwiches from waxed paper, and cut each sandwich crosswise into four 1- inch pinwheels.
