Skip the store-bought colada mix and whip up your own with chopped fresh pineapple, rum, fresh lime juice, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice. The optional black strap rum adds a distinctive molasses note, as its name suggests, and a complexity that ups the flavor ante of this classic tiki cocktail.
