I added chopped, cooked bacon to the pimiento cheese - amazing!
Really good! I made these small - Used mini muffin tins and served as appetizers. They were very well received.
Great recipe, easy and quick. The taste is out of this world, rave reviews. (Served with southern fried chicken, salad, baked sweet potatoes and bbq lima beans).
I made these for a luncheon yesterday. Cutting into 12 slices was too thick for my muffin tin, so I made 24 instead of 12. Do spray the pan well - they tend to stick a little. They are delicious and I will definitely make again.
