How to Make It
In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, water, sugar, black peppercorns, garlic cloves, and salt and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine radishes, green beans, and the zest of 1 lemon in a large bowl. Add the vinegar mixture and let sit 15 minutes. Serve the remaining pickles with the polenta.
