How to Make It

Step 1

Stir together first 6 ingredients until blended. Spread evenly on one side of each tortilla; top with 3 beef slices and, if desired, 2 cheese slices. Sprinkle evenly with shredded lettuce.

Step 2

Roll up tortillas tightly; wrap in parchment paper or plastic wrap. Chill 8 hours.

Step 3

Note: For testing purposes only, we used Sargento Deli Style Sharp Cheddar Cheese slices.

Step 4

* 1/2 cup light sour cream and 1/2 cup light mayonnaise may be substituted.

Perfect lunch food. I ended up using horseradish mustard since I had it on hand instead of regular horseradish, will try regular next time. Very good and very easy to make.

Excellent. I put shredded carrot into the sour cream/mayo mix and used spinach leaves instead of lettuce. I omitted the salt and pepper and added a bit more horseradish. I used high protein wraps- Huge hit! Served with sliced green apples. Would make again and again.

This recipe is amazing just as written. Every time I have served it people rave. I usually use romaine lettuce, however, I'm going to try watercress this time instead.
