How to Make It
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high. Stir in rice, and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant and all grains are coated in butter, about 1 minute.
Sprinkle with salt. Stir in stock, and increase temperature to high; bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 18 minutes. Remove from heat; fluff with a fork, and sprinkle with pepper. Perfectly delicious every time!
