Boiled crab legs are so easy to prepare at home, there’s no reason to get them at a restaurant for double the price. Most seafood markets or grocery store seafood sections carry pre-cooked, flash-frozen crab legs to maintain the best quality crab meat. All you have to do to get fresh, sweet, light, and tender crab legs is boil them for a few minutes. For an extra kick, add cajun seasoning or a spice mix like Old Bay to the boiling water instead of salt.

How to Make It

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt. Add crab legs, and cook 5 minutes. Transfer crab legs to a platter, and serve warm with butter and lemon wedges.
