We did not like this at all.
Quick, easy, and delicious! I made it with bowtie pasta instead of penne...I could also see sun-dried tomatoes being a great addition. This dish will be in the permit rotation!
This is a good recipe - quick and easy and no odd ingredients. I did use the capers, but I am not a fan and will probably leave them out next time. I also followed another reviewer's idea about cooking the garlic first and I am SO glad I did! I double it because I have 5 people in the family and I could not put 6 raw garlic cloves in this. Even with slightly browning the garlic it was still pretty garlicky. But all 5 people liked it - including pre-teen and teenage sons. I will make this again.
Easy, easy, easy. Plus, it's a beautiful looking salad and tastes great. Made some small changes by dropping the capers and adding finely diced tomato from my garden for more color and better family friendly flavors. Will make again.
This is a great recipe. Strong flavours which I like, and easy to prepare. I used bow tie pasta, just because I like the way it looks.
Very good! I added chicken and sun dried tomatoes.
Great recipe. Easy to make. Flavors were wonderful.
I do cook the garlic for a minute (and added some halved grape tomatoes and briefly cooked along with olives). And I used a tomato-basil fettucini for more flavor. Other than that, no changes, and it was truly delicious. And so simple! Served with caesar salad and good bread. This served three people, and we could have eaten a bit more.
Delicious, and very simple. Made this for my girlfriends and they loved it. I added julienned sun dried tomatoes.
This dish has a lot of strong flavors which give you a "pow" in every bite. We happen to like that sort of thing. I've been making it with cavatappi instead of penne, and that works well. The big plus is just how quickly the dish comes together, making this a definite keeper!
We used 8 oz. of pasta, fat-free tomato basil feta and increased the spinach. Delicious and simple!
My husband and I loved this recipe. Used a microplane for the garlic. Subbed whole wheat pasta. Great flavors and so easy to make!
Big hit with the whole family and SO easy. The most time-consuming part of this was boiling the water. This is on our dinner rotation for sure. Love the olives in this.
Wow - I left off the olives since I don't eat them but this has become a new house favorite. Actually had a friend call me today and tell me she couldn't stop thinking about this since she had it a week ago. So easy to put together when I have friends over at the last minute, gets great reviews.
Absolutely yummy. Goes together quickly, has potential for an infinite variety of alterations but is wonderful as-is. Be aware that the flavors are very strong (which I love but others may not). Super satisfying and cheap, too! This will be a staple at my house.
GREAT!! this pasta dish is wonderful, fast to make, easy to clean! i definitely would make this again!
Tasty, quick, easy. I mix it all up with the warm pasta which wilts the spinach slightly. I also double the dressing, use 2/3 for the first night and the other third I add to the leftovers. The pasta absorbs the dressing so leftovers can be a little dry. So yum!
This is my husband's very favorite quick pasta dinner- anytime I will be out for the night I make this for him and he is perfectly happy staying home alone with the baby!
