I made these for a cooking demonstration for a group of seniors and the employees. They were very easy to make and came out looking beautiful. I wasn't able to taste them due to an allergy but multiple people tracked me down to tell me how good they were and that they were "to die for". I doubled the recipe since I was cooking for a group and had no problems. They aren't inexpensive to make with butter and pecans, but worth it. Not for a person on a lowfat or sugar free diet and one was plenty to eat.
