Our no-cook Peanut Sauce is easy to prepare. We like it with our Chicken-and-Bacon Satay, but it's also good as a dipping sauce, over cold noodles, tossed in a salad, or with summer rolls.

How to Make It

Process peanut butter, soy sauce, cilantro, lime juice, honey, and dark sesame oil in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add 1 to 2 Tbsp. water, 1 tsp. at a time, processing until desired consistency is reached.

Was hoping this would be  really good but was just ok.   Adding the cilantro to the mix causes it to look like a ugly pea soup color.   Also, I only used 1T of the sesame oil, using the 3T called for would have made it overwhelmingly strong.   We're going to use it but I'm still looking for a good peanut sauce recipe.
