My family loved it! Due to what I had on hand, I made the following minor changes: I only had spicy sesame oil, so we used 1 tbsp of it and 2 tbsp of olive oil and only 2 tbsp of honey. I didn't have reduced sodium soy sauce, only full-strength Tamari, so I used 1/4c of the Tamari and topped it off with water to make the 1/3 cup the recipe calls for. Will definitely make this again!
Was hoping this would be really good but was just ok. Adding the cilantro to the mix causes it to look like a ugly pea soup color. Also, I only used 1T of the sesame oil, using the 3T called for would have made it overwhelmingly strong. We're going to use it but I'm still looking for a good peanut sauce recipe.
