Tossed with a tangy peanut dressing, this cold noodle salad with pork tenderloin is hearty but still refreshing.
This is a delicious summer meal. My whole family enjoyed it. I used fresh snipped chives and didn't blend the meat marinade -- just mixed and slathered it on. It shortened preparation time and was still delicious. The mix of textures in this was lovely. Keeper.
