I used half the amount of sugar and added raisins. It was very creamy and filling. My kids really liked it too!
I don't usually like oatmeal but I love bananas and peanut butter so I thought I would try it. It is now my favorite breakfast and it is so easy to make! I cut the recipe in half to make a single serving and it keeps me full all morning. One tip - use a larger bowl than the recipe calls for because it does boil in the microwave. Also, it is just as good to use regular, creamy peanut butter, which I always have in the pantry. My kids (9 and 3) love it, too.
