Preheat broiler with oven rack 5 inches from heat. Arrange peaches, cut sides up in a broiler pan. Brush cut sides with melted butter, and sprinkle each with 1/2 Tbsp. sugar. Broil 10 to 11 minutes or until sugar is caramelized. Serve immediately with Honey Crème Anglaise.
This recipe is incredibly delicious and easy to make! I have an awesome Creme Brulee recipe which is a two-day process in the making. My family begs me to make it, but it takes so long. I added a tablespoon of vanilla to this recipe and look forward to adding real vanilla bean next time I make it.
