How to Make It

Step 1

Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Add garlic, and sauté 1 minute or until tender. Reduce heat to low; stir in pasta, cheese, parsley, and pepper.

Step 2

Combine milk and egg substitute; stir well. Pour milk mixture over spaghetti mixture, and cook 3 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.

This is fabulous for an emergency meal Because everything is usually in the pantry. Great for guests too!

This was quick and easy to do. Infact, my eleven year old made most of it. A little on the bland side. I added a lot more Parmesan cheese as a topping. The turkey bacon gets instantly soggy once you add the egg/milk mixture. Intresting to try but don't know if I would make it again.
