Bring grits, milk, and broth to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat; reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in soup and next 3 ingredients. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top evenly with 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese.
