I made this fish with the stuff poblano's from this site. They were a great complement to each other and my friend's raved about both! I didn't change a thing.
Good recipe, but I would recommend putting about half the red pepper it calls for because it did over power the other flavors, and also only about 2 tablespoons of lime juice, other than those adjustments it was good.
My entire family loved this recipe. I made a double batch and there were NO leftovers :-) The lime sauce was slightly strong, but I served it with quinoa which toned it down a little. We'll definitely have this again!!!
